All orders must be submitted by our website at www.candellana.com/wholesale or via email at wholesale@candellana.com. We do not accept orders over the phone. All orders must be written in full case pack quantities, and must include the SKUs as they are noted on pricelist. If case pack quantities are not met, Candellana reserves the right to increase the quantities to meet our case pack requirements.

All changes to open orders must be submitted in writing.


All prices are listed in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice.


Customers may not use the Candellana name or products we sell to advertise or otherwise promote Candellana products on the Internet at a net price that is lower than our set MAP (minimum advertised price). Please refer to our website retail page as a reference for the MAP.

All sales and promotional events that involve lowering the net price described above should be short-term in scope and limited in frequency. If a customer operates outside this e-commerce pricing policy, Candellana will request that the customer cease advertising or promoting products on the Internet in violation of the policy. In addition, Candellana will cease to accept and/or ship orders from said customer.


Candellana is interested in establishing business relationships with retailers who stock products. Therefore, we require that customers only feature products on their websites that they have in stock, ready to ship to their customers. Once the product is out of stock it should be marked as sold out and/or removed from the site.


Online retail stores may use product descriptions or copy that can be found in our website at www.candellana.com. The supplier name must be listed as Candellana for all our products.


All Candellana images, logos and photography are the exclusive property of Candellana Candles (Ingols Import & Export Inc.). Image usage and reproduction requires written permission and is conditional on the approval of medium and specific use. Images from Candellana are available upon request by contacting wholesale@candellana.com


All online sales must come through your independent e-commerce site. Candellana no longer partners with companies who sell on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca or any other 3rd party website such as Overstock.com, Ebay, Houzz, Wayfair etc. Any existing or prospective customer must have approval from Candellana Candles (Ingols Import & Export Inc.) to obtain an exclusive agreement to sell on any third party marketplace. If the company has not been approved to sell on Amazon.com or other third party marketplace sites, Candellana has the right to no longer accept orders from said company.


We ship by UPS or FEDEX Ground for domestic orders and USPS Priority Mail International for International orders. We are happy to work with you if there is another shipping method (Freight/DHL/FedEx) that you would prefer to use. We will not ship via any method that does not provide detailed tracking.


Special handling requests are subject to an extra charge.

Candellana does not drop ship or ship c.o.d.


Samples may be purchased at wholesale prices with a maximum of 1 x sample per SKU. The minimum case pack quantities do not apply. The samples are not to be resold until an actual order that meets the listed minimum or case pack has been placed for that product. Samples can be included in an existing order or mailed separately. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.


While we are happy to work with you to get your shipment out by a certain date, our lead times varies in certain cases. Once an order is confirmed, in-stock items usually ship in 1-2 days. Out of stock or backordered items usually ship in 4-8 weeks. If timing is critical, please submit your order at least two months before your need-by date.


We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to a poor fit with Candellana’s brand image, failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact the buyer, and/or proximity to another wholesale account.


We accept payment by Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.


All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortage and damages before signing acceptance of goods. Any claims for damages or shortage of cartons must be made directly with the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the carrier. If there is concealed damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.


Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization. No returns or refunds will be given after 30 days from the invoice date. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed for any items returned and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If returning merchandise due to defect or damage, CANDELLANA will send you a call tag.
